At WISE Therapy, we specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s everyday challenges—with the goal of helping you feel like yourself again. Using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR for trauma, we provide compassionate, personalized care to support your healing and growth.
We offer individual, couples, and family teletherapy for residents of Washington and Nevada, with Christian counseling available upon request.
In addition, WISE Therapy provides clinical supervision for associate-level Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) in Washington State, offering both individual and group supervision to support licensure requirements.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between you and a licensed therapist, grounded in open, supportive dialogue. It provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with someone who is objective and compassionate. Together, you’ll work to identify patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change to support your mental and emotional well-being.

COUPLES THERAPY
Couples therapy is designed to help partners strengthen their relationship by improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening emotional connection. With focused guidance from a licensed therapist, couples learn practical tools to better understand each other, navigate challenges, and foster healthier interaction patterns. The process involves thoughtful analysis, feedback, and collaborative goal-setting to enhance satisfaction and rebuild trust.

FAMILY THERAPY
Family therapy supports families in improving communication, resolving conflict, and strengthening relationships across generations. Whether involving parents, children, siblings, or extended family members, this short-term, goal-oriented approach focuses on identifying and shifting patterns that impact the family system. Through guided exploration and intervention, the therapist helps family members build healthier interactions and foster greater understanding.

SUPERVISION
Clinical supervision is a structured, supportive partnership between a state-approved supervisor and an associate-level clinician. Sessions focus on reviewing clinical work, enhancing therapeutic skills, ensuring ethical and effective care, and fostering professional growth. Supervision is offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and is tailored to meet licensure requirements.
Group supervision is limited to 6 associates per session to ensure a focused and collaborative learning environment.
